% 20.03.2019 The learned counsel for the respondents has today handed over the post dated cheques for Rs.41,19,743/- in terms of the order of this court dated 14.02.2019.

Petition and all pending applications, if any, stand disposed of. The order appointing the Official Liquidator as the provisional liquidator is recalled. The date already fixed for 27.05.2019 stands cancelled. However, in case, there is any default on the part of the respondents in making payment to the petitioner, liberty is granted to the to the petitioner to seek revival of the present winding up petition and also the order of this court dated 14.02.2019.
