% 11.12.2017 It has been submitted on behalf of the State that the FIR no. 397/2014, PS Roop Nagar u/s 420/468/471 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 has since been quashed which is also brought forth through the copy of the judgment dated 28.11.2017 in W.P. Crl. 3265/2017 and CRL.M.C. 4811/2017 of this court indicating that the FIRs no. 99/2013, PS Sabzi Mandi dated 20.05.2013 under Sections 354/506/509/323/34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and FIR no. 397/2014 dated 21.09.2014 under Section 420/468/471 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 , PS Roop Nagar have been quashed. In view thereof, the petition has become infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.
