% 16.10.2017 The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the disputes between respondent nos.4 & 5 which had given rise to the order impugned in the present petition, have been settled pursuant to a Settlement Agreement dated 01.09.2017 arrived at before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. He seeks to withdraw the present petition, in view of the aforesaid settlement.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
