% 07.01.2016 Crl.M.A. 17286/2015 (Exemption) Application is disposed of subject to just exceptions. Crl.M.A. 17285/2015 (Directions) The present application has been filed by the counsel for the petitioner on the ground that despite the order dated 19.08.2015 of this Court, the final report has not been filed by the prosecution department. On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the final report was filed but certain objections have been raised and after removing the objections, the final report has been sent to the prosecution department.

The State is directed to ensure that the final report be submitted in the Court within two weeks.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
