She further submits that in terms of the settlement reached between the parties, she wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take appropriate remedy as per law in case of breach of terms of settlement.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of with liberty to take appropriate steps, as prayed. All pending application(s) (if any) also stand disposed of.
