O R D E R

% 22.01.2019 Pursuant to order dated 22.11.2018, the learned counsel for the petitioner says petitioner is inclined to vacate the premises in question if he is granted nine months from today and will not challenge the impugned order on merits. The learned counsel for the respondents has also no objection thereof.

In the circumstances, the petition is disposed of while directing the petitioner herein to vacate the premises in question on or before 20th October, 2019. The mis-user charges shall be paid at the same rate as that of the rental, besides the electricity and water charges as per actual. The usual undertaking be filed by the petitioner within two weeks from today qua vacation of the premises in question on or before 20th October, 2019 with an advance copy thereof to the learned counsel for the respondent. Any default on part of the petitioner would entail the coercive steps against him. The pending applications

also stands disposed of. No order as costs. Order dasti to both the parties.
