For the reasons stated in the application, delay of 98 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

After arguments, this appeal is disposed of as not pressed. It is agreed and ordered accordingly that no auction proceedings will take place for selling of the suit property for a period of six months from today and which period is given so that either of the parties can get an independent buyer or any other collaborator etc. with respect to the suit property, and as per agreement with whom the parties can be paid their monetary shares in the

suit property. If, however, no buyer or collaborator etc. is available for six months from today, thereafter, the trial court can commence final decree proceedings, including by auctioning or otherwise selling the suit property. 3.

Appeal is accordingly disposed of in terms of the consent order. 4.
