% 12.09.2017 CRL. M. (BAIL) 1603/2017 (interim bail) Status report has been filed. It has been verified that the wife of the petitioner is suffering from severe lower abdominal pain with heavy bleeding per vagina and she is under treatment from the hospital. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the date of surgery is fixed for 15.09.2017. In view of the above, the petitioner be released on interim bail from 14.09.2017 to 21.09.2017 on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Trial Court. The petitioner shall not leave the territorial jurisdiction of Delhi NCR; that he shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail on expiry of the period of interim bail; that he shall not get in touch with the witnesses even on phone or personally and shall not tamper with the evidence. Bail application is disposed of.
