% 20.11.2017 The present appeal is disposed off with the direction to the concerned Family Court to consider granting maintenance pendent lite and expense of proceedings from the date of the application instead of from the date of the order at the time of final adjudication of Petition bearing Maintenance Petition No. M-248/2012. Needless to add that the concerned Family Court shall proceed to hear Maintenance Petition No. M-248/2012 as expeditiously as possible and preferably on the next date of hearing i.e. 03.01.2018 itself. LCR be sent back forthwith.
