They have no objection if the present petition be accordingly disposed of and the interim order dated 18th August, 2015 be confirmed. Ordered accordingly.

Liberty is granted to the respondent to move an application under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for modification/vacation of the said interim order before the Arbitrator, if necessary.
