% 20.09.2017 This petition is filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as the Act) seeking appointment of an arbitrator.

The petitioner had entered into a lease agreement with the respondent on 28.10.2013. The lease agreement contains an arbitration clause. Learned counsel for the respondent very fairly states that an arbitrator may be appointed.

Accordingly, Sh.Prashant Mehta, Advocate (Mobile No.:9999590003) is appointed as the sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. The learned Arbitrator will fix his fees in consultation with the learned counsel for the parties. He will also file necessary declaration as per Section 12(1) of the Act.

The petition stands disposed of.
