The Order dated 03.11.2022 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court reflects that the possession of the subject premises has been recovered by the Respondent/landlord through execution proceedings in the year 2017. 3.

This Court in Ashok Gupta v. Deepak Rao1, relying upon the Judgments of the Supreme Court in NC Daga v. Inder Mohan Singh Rana2 and Vinod Kumar Verma v.
