% 12.12.2017 Learned counsel for the applicant seeks withdrawal of the present application and seeks permission to file the same afresh as and when required. Learned counsel for the applicant presently does not press his prayer seeking grant of bail submitting to the effect that only the Investigating Officer is left to be examined. It has been submitted on behalf of the applicant that directions be given to the learned trial Court for expediting the trial.

In view thereof, the application is disposed of with directions to the learned trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial which be completed within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the order.
