% 31.10.2018 For the relief sought in this petition, petitioner had purportedly made a complaint (Annexure-P-5) on 6th September, 2018. According to petitioner's counsel, there is no response to it. If it is so, then respondent shall effectively consider petitioner's complaint (Annexure-P-5) of 6th September, 2018 within a period of six weeks by passing a speaking order and its fate be made known to petitioner within two weeks thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies, as available in law, if need be.

With aforesaid directions, this petition and application are disposed of.
