Mr. Katyal, the learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the State. With consent of the parties, the case is taken up for disposal. The petitioner seeks bail to attend to his ailing mother. According to the Status Report, she is undergoing medical examination and treatment at a certain Nursing Home in West Delhi. The petitioner is stated to be the only person who can take care of her. His primary concern is that due medical care is provided to his mother as she has no one else to fend her.
In the circumstance, the petitioner is granted custody bail to assist his ailing in being examined and treated in the All India Institute of Medical
Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi. The petitioner shall be taken to AIIMS in Judicial Custody on or before 08.30 a.m. on 05.11.2018 for due consultation of his mother and on all such dates when the mother is required to attend further treatment at AIIMS. The petitioner will ensure that his mother reaches the said Centre in time on the same day. The Court would hope that the patient would be attended to. A copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the parties under signature of the Court Master. Additionally, a copy be communicated to the Medical Superintendent, AIIMS for due compliance. The petition stands disposed-off in the above terms. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
