Issue notice. The learned counsel for the respondent accepts notice. 2.
The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that appropriate orders be issued to the respondents for refund of the e-Court fee purchased by the petitioner.

It is the petitioner's case that on 07.05.2018, he entered into the transaction for purchase of a immovable property and had also paid `10 lakhs as earnest money out of the total consideration of `6,66,66,500/- for the same.
He applied for e-stamp papers for execution of the title documents, however, it is claimed that by mistake he purchased e-Court fee of a sum of `40 lakhs instead of non judicial stamp paper. 4.
The petitioner, thereafter, approached the office of the respondent for refund of the e-Court fee. However, the said request has not been entertained.

In view of the above, the respondent is directed to refund the e-Court fee purchased by the petitioner, on the petitioner taking necessary steps to surrender the e-Court fee, if not, already done. 6.
The petition is disposed of.
