% 24.04.2018 Issue notice to the respondent no.2.

Respondent no.2 is present in Court and accepts notice. He has been identified by SI Balbir Singh of DIU. He submits that he has settled the matter with the petitioners of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, inasmuch as, entire settled amount of `21 lacs stands paid. Photocopy of Compromise Deed dated 16th November, 2016 has been placed on record which bears the signatures of respondent no.2 at points 'X'.

Respondent no.2 has no objection in case FIR No. 1123/2015 under Sections 420/468/471/120B IPC registered at police station Vasant Kunj North is quashed qua the petitioners only.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed qua the petitioners only.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
