% 21.01.2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the order dated 19.12.2018 passed by National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi Bench in IB-(1612)/ND/2018, Gaurav Goel Proprietor of Riyal Packers v. Benlon India Ltd., admitting the petition filed against the respondent no. 1 under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, he has instructions to withdrawn the present petition. He further submits that in the meantime the petitioner has already initiated the arbitration proceedings against the guarantors and has also filed the claim against respondent no. 1 before the Interim Resolution Professional.
