Attentionhasbeendrawntoanorder passedbyaCoordinateBenchofthisCourtinRASNo.144/2015 wherethejudgmentwasdeliveredon01.5.2015inwhichithadbeen notedthattherearecrossFIRspendingintersethepartiesandtheydid notwanttorelegateanyfurther. Partieshavearrivedatasettlement. Theystatethatnofruitfulpurposewouldbeservedincontinuing theseFIRsproceedings.Thephotographsofthecomplainantsinboth theFIRsarealsoonrecord.Theiridentitieshavebeenestablishedand verifiedbytherespectivecounsels. Thisisbasicallyalandlordand tenantdispute.
