% 13.05.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the disputes between the parties have been resolved. Copy of the agreement dated 21st September, 2015 is produced. The same is taken on the record. Counsel further states that in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the respondents have issued the post-dated cheques to the petitioner. The parties shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement. In view of the settlement, the present petition is accordingly disposed of. In case the respondents violates any terms of the settlement, liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive the petition. MANMOHAN SINGH, J.
