The present application under Section 438 CrPC has been filed by the petitioner praying for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.333/2015 under Section 420/34 IPC, PS Jafrabad.

Today learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record the terms of settlement between the petitioner and the complainant. 3.

Complainant is present today and submits that he has already received 20 lakhs from the petitioner.

In view of the above, the petitioner is admitted to anticipatory bail and in the event of his arrest he shall be released on bail on his furnishing BAIL APPLN. 1676/2017

personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of concerned IO/SHO.

Petitioner is directed to join the investigation as and when required by the Investigating Officer. He is also directed to provide his contact number to the IO concerned to facilitate communication for the purpose of joining the investigation.

The application stands disposed of.
