O R D E R

% 21.01.2016 Order impugned before this Court is the order dated 22.7.2015 vide which two applications filed by the petitioner i.e. the application under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 CPC as also another application under Section 151 CPC of the Code had been disposed of. Perusal of the order shows that the application under Section 151 CPC was noted to be frivolous and was dismissed accordingly. Appeal against the dismissal of the stay application on which order had been passed by the Civil Judge would lie before the District Judge. This petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty granted to the petitioner to assail the composite order dated 22.7.2015 before the District Judge.
