% 12.09.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 11th September, 2017. Settlement Agreement dated 11th September, 2017 has been placed on record and the same has been perused. Vide Clause (k), parties have agreed for quashing of the FIR no. 267/2017 (present FIR) on payment of `3,00,000/- by way of demand draft/cheque. Petitioners have paid `3,00,000/- to the respondent no. 2, vide a demand draft, photocopy whereof has been placed on record. Respondent

no. 2 submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioners of her own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. Respondent no. 2 further submits that she has not only settled the disputes involved in the FIR but other civil disputes as well. Petitioners and respondent no. 2 undertake to abide by the terms of the settlement. Respondent no. 2 further submits that she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no. 2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 267/2017 under Sections 354(D)/506/509/34 IPC registered at Police Station Amar Colony, which is at the investigation stage, is quashed.
