Delhi Brotherhood Society - Plaintiff No.2 is the owner of property bearing No.7, Court Lane, Brotherhood House, Rustom Ji Sehgal Marg, Delhi. Disputes and differences arose between Plaintiff No.2 - Society and Defendant Revd. Jai Kumar, one of the members of the society. The disputes were referred to mediation vide order dated 14th November, 2018. Ld. Counsel for the parties submit that the disputes have been amicably resolved. Settlement Agreement has been entered into between the parties on 29th November, 2018. Plaintiff No.1 and Defendant are present in Court today. Their statements have been recorded today. The Settlement Agreement has been signed by the parties as well as their counsels. The Society's resolution dated 17th July, 2018 is annexed as Annexure-A and copy of the award passed by the learned Sole Arbitrator has been annexed as

Annexure-B to the Settlement Agreement. There are further annexures to the Agreement. The Settlement Agreement along with all its annexures is taken on record.

The suit is decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement along with its annexures, which is marked as Exhibit X. Decree sheet be drawn up. No orders as to costs. All pending I.As. stand disposed of. PRATHIBA M. SINGH, J.
