O R D E R

% 02.05.2018 Pursuant to the last order dated 09.04.2018, the petitioner's father has filed an affidavit stating therein that, he wishes to withdraw all the allegations made by him against the staff of respondent no.3/School in the petition as also in the application. The petitioner's father has also given an undertaking that his son would behave well in the future, not only with the staff of respondent no.3/school but also with the fellow students of the school.

Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions from the petitioner, who is present in Court reiterates that, the allegations made against the staff of respondent no.3/school are unconditionally withdrawn and the petitioner also tenders an unconditional apology for the allegations levelled against respondent no.3.

In view of the aforesaid affidavit filed by the petitioner's father as also the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions, Mr.Kamal Gupta, learned counsel for respondent no.3 submits that the petitioner would be re-admitted in class XII of the respondent no.3 within two days from today. Both parties undertake to fulfil the requisite formalities so as to enable the petitioner to appear in class XII examination in March, 2019. In view of the aforesaid stand taken by the parties, nothing further survives for adjudication in the petition. The petition alongwith pending application is disposed of in the above terms.
