CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.K. PATHAK

O R D E R

% 15.11.2017 Petitioner seeks permission to go to United States of America to meet his daughter, who is settled there. It is submitted that petitioner's daughter got married in 2016 and is facing lot of emotional and adjustment problem at the new place. Accordingly, presence of petitioner is necessary. Keeping in view the fact that trial is pending for the last 20 years and is at the fag-end, inasmuch as prosecution has commenced arguments. Absence of any accused would further drag on the trial. Permission to leave the country is not accorded to the petitioner. Petition is dismissed.
