% 28.11.2017 The learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that one of the bank guarantee no.5541604281 dated 16.09.2016 is expiring on 30.11.2017 and it shall be kept alive till another six months or till the time learned arbitrator initiate the proceedings and modify this order. The other two bank guarantees admittedly are valid till 2019. In the circumstances, the interim order passed in this petition shall continue till the learned arbitrator decide the application under section 17 of the Act which shall now be moved by the petitioner herein within four weeks from today.

Petition stands disposed of.
