% 28.08.2017 In the circumstance that Ms. Lavanya, the estranged wife of the petitioner, has appeared in Court of her own free will and in view of the disputes between them, which are already the subject matter of a number of proceedings, both before the Courts concerned and the Delhi Police, Mr. S. S. Dahiya, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions from petitioner Mr. Ashish Dahiya, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.

The writ petition alongwith pending application is dismissed as withdrawn.
