% 31.10.2018 De-sealing of the subject premises is sought in this petition. Petitioner's application regarding de-sealing of the subject premises (Annexure P-11) was made to the respondent vide order dated 27.01.2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no response to it.

In the facts and circumstance of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition with direction to the petitioner to make a precise representation to respondent to seek de-sealing of the subject premises within a period of four weeks. Upon receipt of such representation, respondents shall give effective response thereto within a period of six weeks and the fate of said representation be conveyed to W.P.(C) 8394/2017

petitioner within two weeks thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be.
