O R D E R

% 09.08.2016 Learned counsel for the Decree Holder submits that he has complied with order dated 01.08.2016, the sale deed has been executed in favour of judgement debtor on 04.08.2016 and the possession has also been delivered as such prayed that the amount of Rs 45 Lacs lying in the registry may be released. Judgement debtor in person confirmed to execution of the sale deed and delivery of possession and further submits that since the amount of Rs 45 Lacs in the form of FDR which is lying in the registry in terms of the Hon'ble Court's order, 10% of the wealth tax on the capital gain has to be payable by the decree holder to the income tax department.

Since both the parties have made the submission for compliance of the order of the Hon'ble Court as such furnish the copy of sale deed, copy of the handing over and taking over the possession

as well as affidavit in compliance within three days time. Registry be directed to comply with the order dated 01.08.2016 looking into the submission made by the parties. In view of the above, parties alongwith AR be directed to appear before the Assistant Registrar (O) on 11.08.2016 at 3:00 PM for further compliance.
