% 22.05.2025 1.
Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for quashing of FIR No. 0251/2012 registered under Section 420/34 IPC at P.S. C.R. Park.
2.
It is submitted that the co-accused Rajesh has died while the third co-accused Sh. Ravi Kant has been served in the present proceedings. 3.
Learned Prosecutor submits that the quashing of the FIR has been sought on merits. The charge-sheet already stands filed. The charges have been framed and the matter is now pending for prosecution evidence. 4.
Since the learned Counsel for the Petitioner fairly concedes that the order of charge was never challenged, essentially, the grounds taken for quashing of FIR are nothing beyond the arguments on which the charge has already been framed.
5.
There is no merit in the present Petition, which is hereby dismissed The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 24/05/2025 at 15:26:04
without prejudice to the rights and contentions, which may be taken by the Petitioner before the learned Trial Court.
