O R D E R

% 11.03.2016 CA 907/2016 This is an application filed by the petitioner, whereby the following prayer has been made:

".... a. Take on record the present Settlement Agreement dated 16.02.2016 executed between the parties and dispose off the present petition in terms of the said Settlement Agreement...." Learned counsel for the petitioner says that the settlement agreement bears the signature of the representative of the petitioner as well as the respondent.

Mr Sengh, learned senior counsel, on instructions of Ms Ansari, affirms the said position.

It is submitted that parties have settled their disputes in terms of the settlement agreement dated 16.02.2016. Accordingly, the application is allowed.

As prayed, the petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement. In case there is a breach CO.PET. 612/2015

of the terms of the settlement dated 16.02.2016, the petitioner will have the liberty to revive the petition.

The application is, accordingly, disposed of. CP 612/2015 & CA 2431/2015 In view of the order passed above in CA 907/2016, no further orders are called for in the petition.

The petition and the application are, accordingly, disposed of.
