% 18.12.2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 282/2018 under Sections 323/365 IPC registered at PS Pandav Nagar. A status report has been filed. As per the Status report the petitioner has been declared a proclaimed offender by the learned CMM on 28th November, 2018. Thus in view of the decision of the Supreme Court reported as 2012 (8) SCC 730 Lavesh kumar vs. State (NCT of Delhi) and 2014 (2) SCC 171 State of M.P. vs. Pradeep Sharma this petition for anticipatory bail is not maintainable and is dismissed as such.
