% 11.09.2017 Petitioner's car was intercepted by the police on 1st October,2016 when counterfeit coins of `10 denomination each totalling to `40,000/- were recovered from him. Petitioner used to put the counterfeited coins in the market. Pursuant to the disclosure statement of petitioner, factory owner where counterfeit coins used to be fabricated was arrested. Petitioner used to inject these coins in the market and was a corner was such coins, in connivance with co-accused.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no past criminal record. Investigation is complete. Charge sheet has already been filed. Petitioner is no longer required for investigation. Petitioner is in custody for last three and a half months. Petitioner has been falsely impleaded.
Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances, petitioner is admitted to bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of Trial Court. Dasti.
