Keeping in view the reasons stated in the said petition and the submission of the learned counsels, I hereby dispose of the present petition directing the respondents to pass a reasoned order on the representation made by the petitioner within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

The decision taken shall be communicated within two days thereafter to the petitioner in writing.

If the petitioner disagrees, he may challenge the same before the

appropriate Forum.
