BAIL APPLN. 2719/2018 and Crl.M.A. 47626/2018 (stay) By this petition the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 544/2017 under Sections 420/409/506/120B/34 IPC registered at PS EOW. This is the second anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioner. Earlier bail application was withdrawn by the learned counsel on 3rd August, 2018. Today also after extensive arguments when this Court was proceeding to dismiss the application, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.
