The present petition was disposed of vide order dated 2nd November, 2018. However, with the consent of the parties, the matter was referred to the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre to enable the parties to explore the possibility of arriving at a negotiated comprehensive settlement. Pursuant thereto, a report dated 14.2.2019 has been submitted by the learned mediators stating inter alia that meetings were held on several dates, but no settlement could be arrived at. The report submitted by the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre is taken on record. 2.
