CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE NAJMI WAZIRI
O R D E R
% 11.03.2019 The order of a Division Bench dated 10.01.2018 in LPA No. 11/2018 required the DSIIDC to consider all material on record, including the material placed before the Court and pass a reasoned order within eight weeks thereof. However, the order was passed after sixteen weeks of delay i.e. on 04.07.2018. The said delay is unexplained. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that apart from the delay the said order of DSIIDC is not in terms of the order of the Division Bench.
Whether it is in terms of the order of the Division Bench is not an issue at this stage.
Let an affidavit be filed apropos unexplained delay in compliance of the Division Bench order, failing which the Chief Manager, Law, DSIIDC, shall be present on the next date.
List on 01.04.2019.
