However, the Registrar of Cooperative Societies is directed to dispose off the purported complaint dated 08.05.2017 filed inter alia on behalf of the petitioner in relation to the Panchshila Cooperative House Building Society, Panchshila Park, New Delhi- 110017, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six weeks from today under intimation to the petitioner in accordance with law. The petition along with the pending applications is dismissed as

withdrawn with the above directions.
