The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that the respondents be directed to correct certain mistakes that have crept in, in the documents registered by respondent no.1. The petitioner has pointed out that although the petitioner's sale deed is numbered as 6046, the certificate printed in this regard pertains to the sale deed number 6045 and therefore, incorrect details have been printed on the rear of the sale deed. The
petitioner also states that he has filed two applications for correction of the said mistakes, however, no action has been taken. 6.
In this regard, the respondents are directed to examine the petitioner's case and take all necessary steps for rectification of the deeds/registration certificate in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from today.
