Counsel for the petitioners states that he has obtained instructions from his clients to the effect that the respondent/Bank has sanctioned the One Time Settlement proposal made by the petitioners. He assures the Court that the petitioners shall abide by the terms and conditions of the One Time Settlement sanctioned by the respondent/Bank. 2.

In view of the submission made hereinabove, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition which is disposed of alongwith the pending applications.
