By way of this writ petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioners are seeking quashing of case FIR No.0192/2017 under Sections 354/506/509 IPC PS Janakpuri on merits.

Today learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition submitting that there is possibility of settlement between the parties and in case the settlement takes place, liberty may be given to file appropriate petition thereafter. 3.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed.
