These applications are, accordingly, disposed of. W.P.(C) No. 13120/2018 & CM APPLN. 50923/2018 (stay) Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby directing the respondents to install a new electricity meter each on left as well as on the right side of the upper ground floor of the subject property bearing no.WZ-41, Sant Nagar, New Delhi-110018 measuring 100 sq. yds. each.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.1 submits that let the petitioner complete the formalities for the electricity connection and new connection shall be installed at the premises of the petitioners.

On depositing an amount of Rs.10,000/- as security for each connection and subject to completion of the formalities required, the respondents are directed to install the new connection within 48 hours from the deposit of the amount.

With these observations, the writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
