This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section Section 482 Cr.P.C for issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ to the Commissioner of Police for conducting vigilance enquiry under the supervision of Officers not less than below the rank of DCP against SI Rajpal, HC Rajender Rawat and Property Dealer Chander Prakash Khanna and Komal Khanna. Status report on behalf of the State has been filed.
