% 01.10.2019 Vide the present bail application, the applicant seeks release in the event of his arrest in FIR No. 487/2015 dated 12.04.2015 registered at Police Station - Rajouri Garden.

In view of the settlement dated 17.05.2017 arrived at between the parties, the applicant has paid the balance amount of settlement i.e. ₹Rs.6,00,000/-. Two demand drafts bearing Nos. 027903 and 027904, both dated 27.09.2019, drawn on Bank of Baroda for the amount of ₹3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs) each are handed over to the respondent No. 2 today in the Court.

Since vide order dated 01.10.2019 passed by this Court in Crl. M.C.4855/2019, the FIR No.487/2015 of Police Station Rajouri Garden has

been quashed, therefore, present bail application is dismissed being infructuous.
