The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to the respondent for payment of court fees for a sum of ₹1,48,000/-. The petitioner also prays that the respondent be directed to pay charges of photocopies, certified copies, steno charges for pursuing her case. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner's request has been acceded to and the payment of court fee and other charges have been sanctioned. The court fee shall be paid within a few days and the other charges would be paid within a period of ten days from today.

In view of the above, the petitioner's grievance has been addressed. 4.

The petitioner has also prayed that the legal aid granted to the opposing parties be withdrawn. This Court does not consider it apposite to

entertain the said prayer. Needless to state that if there is any merit in the petitioner's allegation, the respondent shall take the necessary steps as required.

The petitioner also claims that the charges already incurred by her in engaging lawyers should be reimbursed. The petitioner was not precluded from seeking assistance of lawyers at the material time. Even during in proceedings before this Court, it was suggested that the petitioner could be referred to Delhi High Court Legal Aid Committee for availing services of a lawyer. In view of the above, his Court is not persuaded to direct payment of any such charges.

The petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observations. All pending applications are also disposed of.
