The petitioner has filed the present petition impugning the notification dated 28.06.2013, order dated 18.06.2015 passed by the Reviewing Authority and price notification dated 28.04.2014. The said notifications are now no longer applicable and have been replaced by subsequent notifications. In these circumstances, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to continue to agitate the contentions in the pending petitions.

The petition and the application are dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
