% 26.11.2018 The petitioner seeks transfer of the case to some other agency, as well as protection of her life, limb and liberty from the persons named in her complaint.

The learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits, upon instructions, that regarding the petitioner's complaint all four accused have been arrested and investigations are underway. Apropos any apprehension regarding threat of harm to the petitioner or to her family members, the matter will be looked into by the DCP of the area concerned and due protection shall be accorded to her and her family members, as per threat assessment.

Let the same be done within a week from today. The petitioner shall appear before the DCP of the area concerned on 29.11.2018.
