O R D E R

% 01.11.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the role assigned to the petitioner is that he had caught hold of the injured. It is submitted that petitioner and the complainant are neighbours. A quarrel took place, wherein petitioner's mother also sustained injuries. On her complaint, FIR no. 295/2018 under Sections 324/506/34 IPC was also registered at Police Station Jagat Puri. It is submitted that co-accused Som Singh is in judicial custody.

Keeping in mind the totality of facts and circumstances of this case, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty

Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned. Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
