% 01.11.2018 Petitioner had made a request for not allotting/ permitting to use DDA park Bindapur, C-Block (in front of Flat NO.232/233 and opposite Block-B Mother Dairy) to respondent. According to petitioner's counsel, there is no response to petitioner's request. In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition with direction to respondent to decide petitioner's application within ten days and its fate be made known to petitioner eleventh day, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies, as available in law, if need be.

With aforesaid directions, this petition is disposed of. Dasti.
